Return Policy
Contact the sales team before returning any item. Return eligibility is confirmed against the product condition, order type and the terms agreed for that order.
Return condition
Items should be unused, unworn and returned with their original packaging and order reference. Products that are customised, produced to order or supplied under a separately agreed wholesale contract may have different return conditions.
Damaged or incorrect items
Send clear photos and the order number as soon as an issue is found. The sales team will review the evidence and confirm the available resolution.
Return shipping and refunds
Return instructions, shipping responsibility and any approved refund are confirmed by the sales team before the parcel is sent. Do not send goods without return approval.
Order-specific written terms take priority where they have been agreed with the buyer.
