By placing an order, the buyer confirms that the submitted product selection, quantity, billing details and delivery information are accurate.

Orders and payment

Orders are subject to stock and business review. Bank transfer instructions are provided only after the order details are checked. An order is not released for fulfilment until the required payment is confirmed.

Pricing and delivery

Prices and delivery charges shown at checkout apply to the submitted order unless the buyer and sales team agree different written terms. Import duties, local taxes or destination charges may apply outside the checkout total.

Product information

Product images and descriptions are provided to support purchasing decisions. Minor production or display differences may occur. Buyers should confirm any critical requirement before ordering.
